The HSF maintains facilities at both campuses available for booking. Booking at the North campus is on hold for the summer while construction is completed on the new Student Centre. Additional equipment such as televisions, VCRs and audio equipment can be arranged through Media Equipment at NX210-North. Please contact the HSF Services Director at 416-675-6622 ext. 4154 at the North Campus to reserve this space.

The Lakeshore campus has the H105 conference room and H205C study room available for reservations. To book, please call the Services Coordinator at 416-675-6622 ext. 3364.

The HSF stage, popcorn machine and cotton candy machine are also available for booking and are subject to some restrictions and possible rental/supplies fees.

You must fill in a form before any booking is considered final. To reserve space, come to the HSF office (KX105, North) or (H106, Lakeshore) and speak to the receptionist or call 416-675-5051.
