Job Summary
As an employee of the Humber Students' Federation you will report to the HSF office. The purpose of this job is to ensure that anyone entering the HSF office is assisted promptly.

Job Responsibilities

• Receives visitors, handles enquiries.
• Inform students of the Health and Dental insurance plan and assists with the completion of insurance claim forms.
• Fills out receipt forms to be handed in with the money to the Services & Facilities Coordinator for event tickets sales.
• Directs students to proper locations depending on what it is they require, e.g. Parking Pass-go to Registration.
• Answer phones.
• Cleans, organizes and stocks, as applicable, the front office pamphlet holders.
• Schedules grad photo and legal assistance appointments.
• Receives and files incoming posters for approval.
• Answer questions regarding the HSF posting policy.
• Oversees and accounts for the release of cheques to students, clubs, etc. through sign-out process-check identification and record name of person picking up cheques and date this was done.
• Assists with the decoration of the front office at various times of the year.
• Completes other duties as assigned.
