The HSF advocates on behalf of the students of Humber Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning through a variety of channels. The HSF is proud to be a member of College Student Alliance (CSA), a lobbying and networking group for students of Ontario's community colleges. As a member of CSA, students can be confident their voices are being heard by our provincial and federal governments.

At the college level, the HSF advocates on behalf of students through representation on numerous Humber committees. The HSF encourages growth and student involvement through committees including, but not limited to, the Academic Council, Info-Tech Steering Committee and the Fee Protocol Committee. We encourage students to inquire about these and other initiatives the HSF has undertaken on their behalf.

If you are interested in joining the HSF, you are welcome to attend Board of Directors meetings or contact any of the Executives. The Board of Directors meets every three weeks on Wednesday evenings. All meetings are open to the student body.
